The [[the_actors:ukgov:cps:start|head of the CPS between 2008 and 2013]], the most crucial phase of the Julian Assange case, was Keir Starmer. 

It was his CPS that advised the Swedish prosecutors NOT to question Julian #Assange in London, and delayed the Swedish case.
